When online sports betting became legal in 2021, the category’s initial marketing efforts focused on winning over hardcore bettors. That was of course, until Caesars entered the arena.
For the brand with a legacy of entertainment, we created a campaign that felt like a modern Coliseum—inclusive, entertaining and rewarding—and extended the excitement of betting to a broader group of sports fans. By injecting more fun into the category, we skyrocketed the brand’s unaided awareness and market share over the 2021-22 football season.
