With society constantly on the hunt for the next big thing, the idea of “FOMO” (the Fear Of Missing Out) has long since cemented its place in the modern vocabulary. But often times, the reality of the latest trend falls short—online dates and selfie walls feel underwhelming, while goat yoga and cat cafes feel quite the opposite. Through this campaign, we sang (literally) a different tune, encouraging people to skip out on these activities and instead experience the “Joy Of Missing Out” at Jack in the Box.
From a media perspective, we were challenged to tell the story quickly, as our buy consisted only of :15 spots. But we proved successful; though our clients briefed us to create two spots, they fell in love with all of the creative we presented and chose to bring all seven spots to life.
